1) What is a Browser-Safe colour palette / Web-Safe colours?
It is very common to find computers with 8-bit monitor that can only support 256 colours. Therefore, if a computer supports less than 256 colours, it will make the text, image or graphics ‘blur-ish’ or even ugly as the palette combines the colour pixel side by side.
A browser safe colour palette is a colour scheme used in browsers that does not make this happen as it supports more colours.
2) Is it still relevant in today’s context? Why?
Yes it is still relevant in today’s context. People nowadays are always going for the best and keep on upgrading everything they can. Especially technology. Therefore, I think that it is still relevant as for me, i wont appreciate ‘blur-ish’ images or text when I am using the internet or computer.
3) What is the common fonts face found on PC & Mac?
Book antique, Arial, Herlvetica.
4) What is page loading time and how it influence your design?
a page loading time is the total amount of time it takes to load up a page including images and objects etc. A fast pages load time makes a user happy as faster pages makes better user experience. As a user myself, i hate it when i have to wait seven minutes for a page to load fully. Even the best web design can be a killer when the page loads slow. With this, it tells me that the besides the design and structure, the page have to be efficient and fast too. Therefore, the user will be happy with my website.

read about the Web Design Process article above and write what you think about it?
I think the article is helpful to most web designers as it really helps to breakdown the importance of web designing. Most of the important key of web designing has been emphasized and simplify. This article is a useful guide for web designers especially for beginners like me. For example, in the section Web style guide process. I say this because the article clearly states the process of web designing and also, for me, it can be like my ‘check list’ in web design. Especially the section Breakdown of the ideal web design process. With this, I can work better and know what wrong I may do. It came to my attention that to develop a web, we need to consider a lot of things. How will the site work? What does the site do? To who must it caters to? In other words, I must put myself in the site’s visitor’s shoe to understand better. With the help of the section Web design workflow I am able to work in an orderly manner. This will make my work less messy and organized. Therefore, a better work will be produced.
